I’m still waiting for my refund, this feels way harder than it needs to be. It should be a simple thing to sort out, but I’ve been left waiting with no clear update. Frustrating experience.

I started using Taptap Send mostly because the transfer fees were better than some of the other apps I’d tried. I can’t remember exactly when I first switched over, maybe earlier this year or sometime late last year, but it’s been my go-to since then. It’s not always the absolute cheapest every time, but more often than not it saves me a little, so I stick with it. The app itself is easy enough to use, and the money usually gets there fast. I’m giving it 4 stars because I do wish the fees and exchange rates were a bit clearer before you send, but overall it’s been a good experience for me

The place was fine overall, but the card-only policy was annoying. I didn’t realize it until I got there, and it just made the whole experience feel more inconvenient than it needed to be. Sometimes you just want to pay with cash and move on. It’s a small thing, but it definitely left me feeling frustrated.

The app itself works okay and I didn’t really have any major issues using it, but the transfer limits are frustratingly low. It’s kind of confusing because everything seems smooth at first, then suddenly you realize you have to split your money into multiple transfers just to get it done. Not terrible, but definitely more hassle than I expected.

I’ve been using Taptap Send and one thing I really appreciate is how easy it is to find my transfer receipts. My family sometimes asks me for proof that I sent money, and I’d hate to be stuck searching around or risk not having it when I need it, but it’s always right there in the app.
The receipt has the details laid out clearly, so I don’t have to waste time contacting support or worrying that something important might get lost. It’s a small feature, but it gives me a lot of peace of mind.

I mostly use Taptap Send because it has the countries I need when sending money to family. It’s simple to use, and most of the important routes are already there, which makes life easier. I feel like everyone just wants an app that works without making things complicated, and this one mostly does that. I do wish they’d add a few more smaller countries though, because then it would basically be perfect for me. Overall, I’m still happy with it...

It’s easy to use overall, so I can’t complain too much. But it does get slow sometimes for no obvious reason, which makes me wonder what’s going on in the background. Works fine most of the time, just not as smoothly as I expected.

I had to verify my account before I could send anything, and the process itself was straightforward. I uploaded my ID and then just had to wait around, which was the frustrating part because I wanted to get it done right away. Luckily, I got approved the same day, so it wasn’t a huge problem in the end.

Had a transfer issue i was starting to stress a bit because, come on, money stuff is never fun to deal with. I reached out to support, they replied, did a few checks, and eventually got it fixed. It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but at least it was resolved in the end, so I’m happy with that.

At first, the rate looked totally fine to me, but then extra costs showed up later and it just didn’t sit right. I had a gut feeling I should double-check everything, and I’m glad I did. I really don’t like feeling like I have to guess what I’m actually going to pay

The app is okay for sending money, like that part worked pretty much fine for me. But the promo and referral thing was kind of a letdown. I shared my code, my friend used it, and then the reward just didn’t show up the way I thought it would. The rules weren’t super clear either, so I was left kinda confused. I reached out to support, but they just gave me a basic answer that didn’t really help much. It’s not the worst service or anything, but yeah, I do feel a bit misled. I’d probably rate it higher if the rewards were easier to understand and actually came through on time

I keep trying to update the recipient details, and somehow the info just doesn’t stay right. I’m sitting there thinking, okay, I fixed it this time… and then nope, it’s messed up again. It’s frustrating when something that should be quick turns into a whole thing

The service worked fine overall and the money went through without any real issues. I was just a bit surprised that my recipient didn’t have as many cash pickup locations available as I expected. Maybe they don’t have as many partners in that area or something, but I’m not totally sure. It got the job done, just not quite as convenient as I hoped

It’s hard to describe, but the translations just don’t feel quite right in my language. Some parts sound awkward or off, and it makes the language settings more confusing than they should be...

The app works fine overall, but the notifications can be confusing sometimes. I was using it to track a transfer for my sister, and I kept getting updates but wasn’t always sure what stage the money was actually in. It would be a lot better if the messages were simpler and gave a little more detail about what’s happening

I send money a few times and it arrived quick every time. Only once it take a bit longer than I expected, but overall it was still a good experience.

I’ve used Taptap Send a bunch of times and it’s easy to use!!! The money usually arrives without any problems, which is the main thing for me!!! But the exchange rate isn’t always the best, and sometimes I notice it’s lower than what other apps are showing!!! I still use it when I need to send money quickly, I just really wish the rates were a bit more fair!!!

The updates did come through, but they were a bit later than I expected. Not a huge issue overall, just something I noticed.

I’ve used it a few times and the money did arrive without any problems, so that part feels reliable. The app also asks for extra checks, which makes me feel a bit safer using it. I do trust it overall, but i’m disappointed with how slow the support can be when you need help...

Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about using this: I had a problem with my transfer and getting help was frustrating. Support took forever to respond, and when they did, it felt like I was getting the same copy-paste messages over and over with no real explanation. It took way too long to get it sorted, and the whole thing was stressful. I won’t be using them again...
